Abstract: In this talk we will discuss how to construct neuronal network satisfied to appropriate biological properties: structural and dynamical. Neurons in such networks show the periodic dynamics and therefore can form synchronization clusters.
The basic synchronization patterns will be given for the Morris-Lecar model consisted of the ring interneurons connected to the ring of pyramidal cells. This kind of interactions is one of the basic mechanism of forming so-called gamma rythm. This rythm is high frequency rythm formed by neuronal ensambles in our brain.
But the most interesting is how dynamical patterns and structural properties of the network are connected. We will discuss this question briefly in the end.
