Abstract: The stable homotopy groups of spheres is a fundamental topic in topology. These groups are very easy to define, but notoriously hard to compute.
This topic has many connections to other areas of mathematics, such as geometric topology, algebraic geometry and number theory.
In this talk, I will survey on some recent results and directions regarding computations of the stable homotopy groups of spheres, in the classical, motivic and equivariant context.
