Probability Seminar——Large Deviation Type Estimates in the Large N Limit

Abstract: In our recent program on the mean field limit problem for large systems of interacting particles with singular interacting forces, we identify two large deviation type estimates which are crucial to obtain the quantitative convergence rates. In this talk, we focus on these two large deviation estimates and discuss their connections with classical Large Deviation results and possible further applications. Based on joint work with P.-E.
